Hiring Lead Teachers: Toddler Lead; 2 yr old Lead and 4-k Lead

      Signing Bonus

 

Job Requirments:

 

  • Registry Level 8 or higher

  • Provide a safe, healthy environment for all children

  • Plan and work as a member of a team

  • Develop and execute appropriate weekly lesson plans based on center curriculum and vision

  • Provide daily communication with families verbally and written

  • Maintain individual portfolios by observation, assessment, and evaluation to meet the needs of each child

  • Record anecdotal records for each child: It is required that each child has at least 2 anecdotal notes per learning domain each week

  • Attend staff meeting and trainings

  • Implement discipline procedures in accordance with policies

  • Maintain a clean and orderly room that reflects the children’s learning and growth

  • Monitor children for health concerns

  • Serve and participate in meals and snacks at the child’s level

  • Complete a new artwork display biweekly (create a rotation)

  • Have a 2-day sub plan at the ready for any sick days

  • Complete daily attendances and meal records

  • Ensure staff are updated on pertinent information related to children, families, the center

  • Hold parent teacher conferences at the scheduled center conference time twice per year

Working Shifts:

  1. 9:00-6:00 M-F

  2. 8:30-5:30 M-F
